A hundred thousand welcomes (ceud mìle fàilte) to Invercharron Highland Games!

Traditionally the final games of the year, many of the Scottish Highland Games Association league results are decided at Invercharron, making it one of the most exciting of the season. Heavy events, piping competitions, Highland dancing, track and field, hill and children’s races, tug o’ war and cycling all feature in this fun-packed day, with a variety of stalls and amusements.  There is something for everyone, a real traditional family day out.

Programme for 2018 being written and available in August 2018  Chieftain's Opening Parade will be 1200 hours

The finals for the Highland Area Highland Games Association (HAHGA) League for Heavy Athletes will be held at Invercharron once again in 2018.   We will also play host once again to the National Scottish Finals of the 110 stone Tug O War so make sure you don't miss this epic battle.

Set in the uniquely beautiful Kyle of Sutherland and on the North Coast 500 Route, the Invercharron Highland Games makes a wonderful place to visit whether you are a local, national or international visitor.  In 2017 we were pleased to welcome visitors from over 23 countries and we look forward to welcoming more in 2018.
